By creating a Customer account — including one created for you when you check out — you agree that:

Payment on file: Amare Global will securely retain your card details and may charge them for orders you place through any Amare Global website, including Wellness Partner sites, and for any subscriptions you set up.

Billing errors: Any erroneous charge will be credited back to your card as soon as reasonably possible after you notify us. Amare Global's liability for a wrongful charge is limited to crediting that amount.

Personal use: Products you purchase as a Customer are for your personal or household use only; you are not an authorized reseller of Amare Global products.

Policies: Your purchases are subject to Amare's return policy and shipping policy.

Cancellation: This agreement remains in effect until you cancel it by emailing support@amare.com or writing to Amare Global, Inc., 3401 N Thanksgiving Way, Suite 150, Lehi, UT 84043 — include your name, address, and Customer ID.
